For Personal Injury Attorneys
Records that hold up. Clients who get better.
You already know the two things that sink a soft-tissue case: thin documentation and gaps in treatment. We built our accident protocol around eliminating both.
Objective findings from day one (orthopedic/neurological testing, range of motion, imaging)
Contemporaneous notes, no gaps in visit documentation
Narrative reports on request, with plain-language summaries
Clean PIP exhaustion handling and Letter of Protection transition
Chiropractic, massage and therapy in one coordinated file
Bilingual care, start to finish; exams and documentation in Spanish
On referral relationships: we don't pay for referrals and we won't ask you to send us anything in exchange. What we offer is a clinical partner whose documentation stands up to scrutiny and whose patients finish their care plans. That's the whole pitch.
